Effective: September 5, 2026
Subscriptions can be managed or canceled through the billing portal. Canceling prevents future renewals according to the cancellation state and effective date shown by the payment processor.
Subscription credits are a monthly non-rollover allowance. Pro resets to 100 credits and Business resets to 400 credits after confirmed successful monthly payment. Unused subscription credits expire when paid access ends.
Refund requests are reviewed based on payment status, service usage, technical failure, duplicate charge, applicable law, and other relevant circumstances. Approval is not automatic except where required by law or payment-network rules.
When a full subscription payment is refunded, paid-plan access and remaining subscription credits associated with the financial entitlement may be suspended or removed to prevent continued use of a refunded service period.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened, paid access and remaining credits may be placed on financial hold while the dispute is resolved. If the dispute is resolved in our favor, eligible subscription access may be restored. Credits are not automatically reissued merely because a dispute closes.
No new monthly credits are issued for an unsuccessful renewal payment. Accounts may enter a temporary past-due state and can lose paid entitlement if payment remains unpaid or the subscription terminates.
Prorated upgrade access and credits are issued only after confirmed payment. Failed or incomplete upgrade payments do not grant Business access or upgrade credits.
Before public production launch, this page must include the operating legal entity and a monitored billing/support email or support channel for refund requests.
